About your order: The Skin Clinic will send a confirmation email within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders are served on a daily basis (excluding weekends). The customary process time for orders, once received, until shipment is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekend days). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.

Shipping and Handling: The Skin Clinic ships all product orders by USPS unless otherwise arranged. The Skin Clinic does not charge for Shipping. Shipping times can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days from the day of shipment. All shipments are sent out on business days. The Skin Clinic can only sell and ship products within the USA.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will are charged on products shipped.

Returns Policy: The Skin Clinic has a 10-day return policy for products ordered from our website. If you wish to return a product, please contact us via phone or e-mail within 10 days of receiving the product. The Skin Clinic will process your return upon receipt of your package. For unopened/unused product, we will fully refund your product purchased. For opened or used product, we will determine the amount of your purchase to be refunded. You will receive an email indicating when we have processed the refund.

Out of Stock/Backorders: Products, which are out of stock on our website, will not be added to your order. At this time, we are not able to fulfill back ordered items. You may send your product request to tsc-ca@sbcglobal.net and we can alert you when the item is back in stock.
